Interviewed May 2010 in Glendale, AZ (took 1+ week)
I called the store many times to find out which department was hiring. The online application seemed to get no feedback. Once I finally convinced the Deli Manager to interview me, she just asked where I worked before. We shared similar work histories and ended up just talking about old coworkers. She had me meet with the store manager and it took him a really long time to find my online app to get the paperwork going.

Negotiation Details
He low balled me with my pay rate, because of the job market at the time, I had to take it. I wasn't in a position to negotiate at all.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Thousand Oaks, CA (took 2+ weeks)
I applied on-line and got a call back the next day for a phone interview and was then asked to come in for an in-person interview with the store manager. The next step was to meet with the assistant manager a week later for another interview. The next step after that was to meet with the district manager for a third and final interview where the company decided to make me a salary offer after I decided to accept the offer I was then asked to submit to a backround check and drug screening.

Negotiation Details
During the salary offer they will try to give you as little as they can based on your years of relevant experience. So you need to not accept the first offer they give you (It will never hurt to atleast ask for a higher salary) the reason I say this is because once you accept a salary you can only get a raise once every year and the max raise is only 3% of your total salary.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Fort Worth, TX (took a day)
I initially heard about the job opportunity through a job fair, but had to apply online first up to a couple months in advance. I applied, but didn't get a call back like others did. However, I still went to the job fair. I was asked to write my name and the position I applied for down and then to take a seat and wait. There were several interviews and they interviewed people one-by-one going down the list. When it was my turn, I was asked a couple of generic questions, but basically the process was very friendly and easy and the interviewer was looking more for personality than anything.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Round Rock, TX (took a day)
It was a job fair, we stood outside in line for about an 1hr. When I got in I sat down with a store manager. He asked me standard retail questions such as tell me what you would do to make sure the team has fun. If a customer stopes you what would you do? He then set me up with another person then that person said he would get back with me.
