    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis, TN) in June 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and was called in for an interview the following week. Interviewed with the lab supervisor. She gave me a tour of the laboratory where I would possibly be working and met the other lab personnel as well. She asked me all the appropriate questions for the job and was extremely informative. Every question I had about the position she had an immediate response and very helpful in any other questions or concerns I might have.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis, TN).

    Interview

There were two rounds of interview, one phone interview of around an hour followed by on site interview with the whole team. Over phone it was 100% technical and in on site interview it started with the over all introduction with director followed by technical interview with team, and lunch. It took around 3-4 hours for full onsite interview and it was really great experience for that day. Then they called for medical, which was little bad experience that the security at gate didn't let me until 7:45, as i Reached there around 7:15am and my appointment time was 8:00am. I waited outside in rain on walkway and even I didn't had car on that day. They have big cafeteria, they could have let me in, so i could wait inside cafeteria rather standing on walkway in rain.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis, TN) in May 2015.

    Interview

A full-day interview that was a bit overwhelming but overall was a good experience. I actually was late because I couldn't find the gate that I was supposed to enter through but they were extremely understanding because I was new to the Memphis area. It was a bit intimidating to go through the panel interview because it was my first experience with that type of interview but I learned a great deal from the experience. I was glad when it was over and I could go back home! It was informative and seemed to be a true representation of the job that I would be required to do if I accepted the position so that helped me with my decision.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

    Interview

Behavioral interview! Be ready to talk about past work experiences. You can't fake your way through this one. I had one phone interview and then two panel interviews with 3-4 people in each. I then completed couple skills tests. The onsite interview lasted 2-3 hours and the phone interview was roughly 30 minutes. The hiring process was real smooth. I completed background and drug screens as a part of the process.

    IT Category Position Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

    Interview

Online application -> Phone interview -> ? I heard some research departments in St.Jude are too biased in particular ethnic groups, and I presumed the dept I interviewed was like that. (I looked up their website, and it looked pretty much obvious..) I could recognize the two interviewers’ ethnic group by their strong accent, and they only asked me a couple of questions. That was it. Later, I checked with their website to see who was selected, and someone who got the offer was also the same race as the interviewers. (They posted pictures of them.) If they worked on more screening questions to verify me for the position, it would not be suspicious if they did not comply with the equal opportunity.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in October 2014.

    Interview

Genesis was an e-mail advising me that I was chosen for a potential candidate for the position, then there came a call from the supervisor requesting an interview, then interview then I had to come in to undergo a drug testing, a credit check, bad ground check, then medical tb shot then I started working in two weeks, so long because of the notice.

    Interview Questions
