I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Staffline in September 2011.
Interview Details – The interview process mainly consisted of filling in forms and answering various questions to make sure that the candidate is fit to perform the task given in the factory, The questions were pretty simple mainly consisted of basic maths and memory skills.
In order to perform well at the interview, the best thing to do is be very attentive at the slides they will be showing and also be very careful in filling in the forms, they give. Just take your time and answer questions. They give plenty of time.

Negotiation Details – They provide basic minimum wage. so there is not much option to negotiate
