Had an interview with two managers and the HR person at the same time lasting up to an hour. The initial communications prior to the interview and the communications afterwards were good. The culture is different from bulge bracket investment banks, more relaxed and friendlier, more intimate.

Phone interview was with a pleasant female part of HR. Purely competency based. Make sure you know the company well too since they are slightly different from most IBs. Questions such as 3 words your friends would use to describe you, example of working in a team, what have you done to better yourself.
