I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank in March 2009.
Interview Details – online test consist of math and critical reasoning, personality test and 2 essay questions. if shortlisted, there will be 4 interviews starting with HR, senior person, user (line manager), Managing Director. HR interview relatively easy, questions on yourself and what you know about company. MD asked questions to get an idea if you are a good fit for the bank and your future plans.

I applied online - interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank in October 2013.
Interview Details – Online application was fairly standard.
The process from online application to testing to phone interview was fairly fast.
Phone interview lasted 50 minutes.
Response was within 5 working days.

Graduate Associate Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank in June 2009.
Interview Details – Apply online - Numerical test - Personality test - Phone interview - Face-to-face interview - Panel interview. The whole process was long and took almost 2 months but it was great overall. HR was very professional.
