    Personality Test, online Maths and logic test. Video interview questions (9 qs 90 sec for each) :
    -When do you choose to collaborate with others
    - How would you feel if asked to analyse complicated data and how would you do it
    -Have you ever had to recover from a major setback
    -To ensure out clients are happy we must invest a lot of time serving their needs, even when we are really busy. How would you achieve great client satisfaction alongside other pressures
    -How do you fel when others ask your advice realting to an important decision?
    -When was the last time you had to adpt your style of communication for someone in management role or senior position
    -When was the last time you made a big mistake in a piece of work and what did you learn from it
    -Imagine it is your first month in your grad role who would you seek to build relationships with and how would you do this
    -What personal characteristics have contributed the most to your success to date

    Interview Details

    The HR contacted me about 5 weeks after my online video submissions. Prepare lots of stories to tell, both achievements and failures. The interview consists mainly of behavioral questions. Eg: What motivates you everyday? Tell me about a time when you failed? What keeps you awake at night? Tell me something new that you have learnt recently?

    Got this interview through a Head Hunter. Gave all my credentials to him. He was the one who arranged for the interview. During the interview, I was interviewed by the Team Head and a Team Lead. MY actual Team Lead wasn't available.

    Interview Details

    Gone in through headhunter. Met the hiring manager and 4 peers. It was quite quick and efficient and they are generally very friendly. Unfortunately, HR is slow and tend to botch things up. They screwed up my bonus numbers and had to take a long time to rectify.
