I got a call from Kelly Services, Singapore regarding the opening. The Job description was very similar to my current profile and hence i got short listed for the position.
There were 2 person taking the interview. They were very cool and broke the ice right away. Didn't start with usual questions like describe yourself and what you did?
They asked me more about my current role and for most of the statements i made they asked me to provide an example or real life scenario.
Interview Question – Had worked for the FX Option little bit and the interviewer went into hair split details. I had to accept that i didnt have expected level of knowledge. Answer Question

Interview Details – First, you need to complete the online test, which are relatively easy. There are two parts, numerical and logical, quite common. After that, there will be two rounds of interviews. First round is with HR. The HR is very nice and it is all about basic motivational questions. Like, why banking, why Standard Chartered? Second round is with manager. Most questions are behavioral questions.

-As you understand from the bank's website, there are minimal information revealed. Additionally, banking is a very wide industry and banks usually have their own integrated platforms that makes it hard to answer the question.
I have noticed that some banks preferred to get assistance from recruitment agencies for sourcing of employees, the recruitment agencies should provide more details upon the first interview, to allow employees understand better of the particular position. This should make known to recruitment agencies Answer Question

Very Difficult Interview
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank in April 2012.
Interview Details – the recruiter called me then he succeed to arrange a phone interview with the hiring manager for general background checking. After a few days, there was another phone interview by a senior engineer, it was for general skill checking, he asked around 30 questions. Next, about one week after, I met the senior engineer for another run of interview, this time it was tough. One week after, I met a senior manager from the team for one more run of interview, it was even tougher than the last one, a lot of design, high level questions. After that, two more runs with the HR and I accepted the offer in the last run.
