I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Stanford University in January 2013.
Interview Details – I expressed interest in the position to a current employee before it was posted, so she recommended me and we exchanged emails to set up an interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes (likely short because I had an employee referral). After the interview, I was offered the job over email, and I went in again to fill out the hiring paperwork.
Interview Question – How would you address a student that was not moving at the same pace as the rest of the class...both for a student moving slowly and a student moving quickly Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The job was offered with fixed terms, so there was no negotiation
