Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 3 weeks)
Human resources people seem uninformed about the job. So many steps in the process and so many meetings or phone calls where you seemed to cover the same topics over and over again, like everyone needed to hear the same answer 50 times. Layer upon layer of management and I don't believe that they ever filled the position. One boss said he was looking for someone with 10 years experience and another said he was looking for someone he could mold.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 1+ week)
The interviewers seemed hardly interested in hiring anyone for the position. It appeared that no one really read my resume/ qualifications apart from the HR. It consisted of a phone interview with the HR first who was the only one who seemed knowledgeable. She got back in a week inviting me for a 1-on-1 interview and sent out some forms for me to complete.
Quite a few of the people I had to interview didn't even show up

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took a day)
Basic Phone Interview with HR. They responded within 2 days of posting my resume to their ad on an alumni network. The interview consisted of the usual questions about a time you had a problem, lead, etc. It became clear throughout the process that they were looking more for operations types with focus on 6-sigma and kaizen buzz words. By the end I think we both realized that it wasn't going to be a good fit.
