Online hiring survey needed before actual interview. Online survey is biased and employer does not take time to see if qualifications meet company standards in face to face interview. Applicant is dismissed because answers of survey questions such as a personality test do not match what answers they are looking for. Questions are not relevant to the job itself. A suggestion to have a face to face interview with the applicant instead of relying on a survey for employment could insure that a quality employee will be found.
