Interviewed Jan 2010 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 2 weeks)
My interviewers were very friendly and the whole process was upbeat and casual. They took great effort in getting to know you in person and your career aspirations. Questions posed were based on experience, goals, and interests. Start-to-end was smooth and problem-free. The best thing was that they made sure you are comfortable during the interviews and under minimal pressure so that you can be clear-minded enough to properly express yourself.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 3 weeks)
The interview process was kind of smooth.
SInce it was an engineering job, much of the process is about the individual experiences and knowledge. The process was not intense, kind of like a sharing session and exchanging ideas. I guess from this interview, it showed that operating culture of the organisation

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
The receptionist wasn't very friendly, when she handled over to me the form to fill in. After finish, I was asked to sit one side to wait. After some time, a lady came out to pick me up and brought me to a room, without even the courtesy to introduce herself. She started off by asking a lot of questions and made sarcastic remarks. She didn't explain the job scope clearly, and only answered briefly when I asked. One I remembered most clearly was, I asked if there will be any problem handling over. She answered sternly, "If you asked me, I would say no." I stared at her blankly, surprised by her rude answer. Then she continue,"To you, it might be a problem. To me, maybe not." I couldn't get a clear vision from her. Lastly, she asked about my past salary. For my first job, she asked about the benefits, and I told her retrenchment benefit, as the whole firm closed down. She made a comment saying, "Isn't that good for you??" I seriously don't know how to react. Also, when I asked about work-life balance, she said during closing most people would KO about 9pm, and some other important closing would be even later. Seriously, I don't see any work-life balance in this situation. Overall, I had a hard time and felt a waste of time.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
I applied via their website and they called me down for an interview. During the interview, they asked the standard kind of questions like 'why did you want this job? tell me more about yourself. where do you see yourself in 5 years time.' etc. The interview questions were not that hard. The interviewers were quite alright, would not say friendly but just the normal kind of office people. I took a look at the working environment and it looked quite good. If I am not wrong, it's actually a new building.

Reason for Declining
The job scope wasn't what I wanted. And the pay was below my expectation.
