Starbucks Barista Interview

Posted Jan 29, 2012

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Feb 2011 – Reviewed Jan 29, 2012

Interview Details – Clear focus on ability to collaborate and keep a cool head in a busy environment. The interview itself was standard, with questions mostly in the form of stressful scenarios and how you would handle them. I recommend that those who really want the job follow-up if not once, multiple times, as Starbucks managers are quite busy and would have a tough time matching a name to application otherwise.

Interview Question – If you had a disagreement with an employee, would you consult your shift leader on duty or try to handle the problem yourself?   Answer Question

Other Details - I applied online and the process took 2 weeks.
