Interview Details – Clear focus on ability to collaborate and keep a cool head in a busy environment. The interview itself was standard, with questions mostly in the form of stressful scenarios and how you would handle them. I recommend that those who really want the job follow-up if not once, multiple times, as Starbucks managers are quite busy and would have a tough time matching a name to application otherwise.
