Interview Details – It's important to be yourself. They look for personality when interviewing.Starbucks is a place of customer service so its vital that you can show you know how to talk to people. The conversation during the interview will be about your approach to customer service and if you've had any experience. Even if it's your first job, consider yourself as a customer and discuss those experiences. It's an easy going interview. It's better to just feel relaxed when you interview. Don't think that anyone can get that job. It's not always as easy as it seems. Have good work ethics and show your talkative side. Starbucks is about connecting and getting to know people and throwing in the aspect of coffee. Be willing to learn about coffee and you don't have to try to impress them with your coffee knowledge.
