Interviewed Oct 2009 in Houston, TX (took 2 weeks)
Applied online, completed an online personality assessment called the "Virtual Job Tryout". Was contacted the following day by the regional HR office, was asked a few "on the spot" type questions and scheduled a phone interview for the following day. The recruiter was extremely friendly and professional. The interview lasted aprox 30 minutes and I was informed that the district manager would be in contact with me directly. A week later I received a phone call and scheduled a 1:1 interview. All questions are behavior based, some repeats. Overall fairly easy with some preparation.
