Interviewed Jul 2009 in Seattle, WA (took 2 days)
Received an initial phone call with some basic high level questions like details about my experience, background, skills, current job etc
A day later received another phone call which was more detailed and focused on HR questions like some case studies about compensation determination, hiring and firing practices, managing employee morale. My expertise was more from an industrial background
