They have standard questions for the MBA campus recruiting, such as 1. Tell me once upon a time you successfully handle the ambiguity? 2, tell us how you repackage a adverse concept or project for better acceptance 3, tell me how you can sell the onion to the market if we are planning to acquire a onion company? 4 Why you are interested in Starbucks. 5, Could you tell us a story can demonstrate your communication skills?...... Half an hour in total, two interviewers. They are pretty nice and laid back, but limited eye contacts as they are busy with taking notes. And, they will give the very detailed interview process and position introduction in the beginning.
