Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
My professor recommended I apply. I submitted my resume and scheduled an interview. I interviewed with the VP of Store Delivery and Customer Service and a new participant in the rotational program. I also spoke with a recruiter who was very friendly and helpful. The interview itself seemed rushed and not very personal.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Seattle, WA (took 2 months)
First I had a 45 minutes 1:1 interview where they asked me about my background. This was easy. Then I had a very short talk with a person from HR to talk about my work permits, time schedule etc. After that I went to headquarters to have an interview with 4 different people, 30 min each. They mainly asked about behavioral questions. I had a lunch with another person, and that was it.
