I was asked standard questions at Cactus Club, such as what is good customer service? What is your favorite item on the menu? Also I was asked what my availability was, and why I wanted to work there.

It is a behavioural interview. Be sure to have examples in the STAR format so that you can describe your specific skills and how they are relevant to the job. It is a very positive culture and they are looking for people who are going to give legendary customer service and be a great team player.

Really positive upbeat people. Social and happy. Spoke on the phone to get the interview set up. Met in the store, first with the Assistant Manager and did a standard, short behavioral interview. Then met the Manager a few days later and just answered questions. Be positive and clear about why you want the position. They were very willing to work with my availability and even that it may change in the near future. Great company, great people.
