Chaotic and seemingly uncoordinated. I did not get the chance to speak to any peers, and was surprisingly presented to them the day of.

I had a group interview but it seemed as if the people had already hired somebody and they were just going throw the motions of interviewing people. I really did not get tested on my technical abilities and the manager seemed dry.

Met with executive and interviewed in person. Had a previous working relationship with this person and they knew my overall work ethic and professional characteristics. The hiring process was quite easy and effortless. My interviewing skills are on-point and each and every time that I go through the interviewing process I come out with a better understanding of what I want to achieve with a potential employer.
