Interviewed Feb 2009 (took 2 days)

After they receive the cv, they would select a few for telephone interview, and if you pass the telephone interview you would then be invited to a recruitment day. There are plenty of correspondence from them at every stage to let you know your progress.

At the recruitment day, we were a group of 4 people. Basically, they split us into two groups for preparation for interviews etc. The first interview was an individual - panel interview, where we read through a series of documents, and acted as a project engineer and made decisions based on the available information.

The second one was a group interview where we were paired up and provided a hypothetical scenario to be presented.

Lastly, there was an individual presentation where we had to present a topic we were knowledgeable about and to answer questions.
