Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
It wasn't much of an interview, they explained everything about the company, the position, etc. Only asked me four questions....tell me about yourself? what do you know about secu? why secu? do you have any questions? I was disappointed they didn't try to assess my skills more. It was more of a judgement of my appearance and how I presented my answers opposed to getting to know me or if I could do the job. I made sure to follow up with a question a couple of days later and they said they'd call me. I even wrote a thank you letter for the interview. Never heard anything.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Raleigh, NC (took 4 days)
I received a call from the hiring manager telling me about the position and the things that it would consist of. We then set up an interview for a couple days later. During the interview I was asked a couple questions (none that were too hard) and also given a questionnaire about the company. A few days later I had the second interview, which was a group interview. We went around the table answering questions. Overall good experience.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Charlotte, NC (took a day)
Received phone call regarding the submission of my resume, and set up interview the following day. Interview was very casual and laid back. The employees in the office were very pleasant, seems like a very positive work environment. Interview consisted of simple behavioral interview questions, and afterwards we just had casual conversation with manager. About a week after the interview, received phone call stating I was being offered the position, and I accepted.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 weeks)
The interview was a one day process and lasted about an hour. The typical behavior questions were asked. The interviewer was very polite and I would not worry too much about the interview process. Most careers in banking and customer service is willing to accept those with out business mgt degrees, but a BA or BS degree is needed. The office has a great feel and most of the employees are young, right out of college.
