I applied in-person and the process took 5 days - interviewed at State Farm in July 2012.
Interview Details – Consisted of me personally dropping off my resume. After a few days I received a short phone interview which lead to a small panel interview. I met with a manager and agent who asked me several questions explained how things worked and offered me an hourly wage which I accepted.
