Interviewed Dec 2011 in Greeley, CO (took 1 week)
I started out by filling out an online application. I received an email 2 days later asking me to fill out 2 seperate tests. One was for personality & the other was for competency. 2 days after completing those I received an email saying I passed those tests & would be contacted by HR. I received a call later that afternoon to set up an in-person interview, which was set for the next morning. I interviewed with 2 people, thinking department managers but never got their titles. The questions started with basic HR questions aobut can I work certain hours, days, work environment. The rest were about my background & how I would or have handled certain situations. They liked having specific examples as part of the answer. The people were ok, got a good vibe from them (for what that's worth), the office area was very nice & clean.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was not asked very many of the questions asked to other Glassdoor interviewees. The agent who interviewed me seemed really unprepared which made me feel more confident. It went well and I left thinking I had a good chance of getting the job. He gave me his business card and I sent a thank you. Then I never heard back. I was under the impression that he did not interview many people, and it left a bad taste in my mouth that they couldn't even send a "thanks, but no thanks" email. Oh well. The starting salary for these positions is way too low anyway.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in East Meadow, NY (took 3 days)
I had to take several tests, which apparently I did well on...I did a lot of prep in advance regarding the company, so I had a lot of good questions to ask. The manager liked me enough, and offered me the job. He told me the salary amount, but never said anything about benefits, time off like holidays/vacation/sick days, etc. When I asked him about that, he got so mad at me, that he withdrew his offer, claiming that it was not going to be a good fit!!!!!!!

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
I applied to an online job site ad. I got a response e-mail and was invited in for an interview. It was very casual. Only the office manager was there, i did not meet the agent until 1 week after being hired. It was very easy. We basically reviewed my resume and I believe they checked my references. There was a background check, credit check and I was hired.
