I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Feb 2011
Interview
HR Recruiter contacted me after I applied online. Since I was not near Bloomington, my interview was over the phone with a group of about 4-5 people. The interview was about my background, experience, and interests. They also asked about the particular department I applied for and why I was interested in that field.
It was a digital interview, with 6 questions. Simple questions asking about times we worked on projects and about yourself. You get two attempts to record the video. One question just asking where you want to be located.

Question 1
Tell me a time you worked in a team environment on a project.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm in Oct 2022
Interview
The video interview process took a long time, much longer than the time they recommend you allot. It also seemed very impersonal and I never heard back from them. You can at least let candidates know they have not been retained. I also felt that the questions asked were very similar, so not a lot of opportunity to speak about different aspects of your work experience.

When did you have to overcome something difficult at work?
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm in Sep 2020
Interview
I was contacted through email after applying online. The email had a link to a Hire View interview process. You could take it at your convenience since you were not talking directly to another person and were just recording your answers to the questions on the screen.
