Question 1
What did you do when you were in a conflicting situation?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm in Jul 2014
Interview
Attended State Farm "career mixer" and had a very brief interview followed by a short phone interview later. It seems like these events are a good way to get in because they are looking to hire a large number of people at once. the in person interview lasted maybe five minutes and was very basic. The recruiter had a list of questions pertaining to my experience and was friendly, but there were so many people there it seemed like they were trying to screen people quickly. The phone interview lasted ten or fifteen minutes and I was offered the job at the end.

Question 1
Asked what skills I had that would be valuable for the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2012
Interview
Long process when I started. Go in to center for testing, then phone interview if you pass that, then in person interview with four different supervisors. Very intense, lots of challenging questions. I prepared by looking up typical interview questions for corporate interviews and just had some scenarios in my head that I could easily speak to. The in person interview was over an hour long.
