Interviewed Mar 2011 in Torrance, CA (took 3 weeks)
Applied online for a summer internship through State Farm summer internship website. Got an call from an HR representative who set up an interview day and time. About a week later had a basic phone interview consisting of all behavioral questions. Another week after that I was contacted with my offer. Simple!
