Interviewed Apr 2012 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
Did an oncampus interview first followed by a 2.5 hr interview in their office. 2 separate panels focusing primarily on behavior based questions.

Reason for Declining
Seems like a good place to work, but the pay was not sufficient to compete with other offers. One thing that is great for this field they do pay you for overtime. When comparing pay with public accounting firms this could be significatn as most public accounting firms pay a salary and work you beyond the 40 hrs/week.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 1 week)
Stated with an email with a recruiter. They called me and went over the job and the salary and asked me a few questions about my experience and then invited me to an interview. My in-person interview was with my manager and his manager. They asked me mostly questions about my work experience but also a couple personal questions about my travel experience. They were both very nice. Nothing really that difficult or noteworthy and then I got a phone call a few days later that I got the job.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Sacramento, CA (took 2 months)
The interview process was pretty simple. Had a 30 min phone interview, discussed my education and experience, then was asked about 3-4 behavioural questions. Did 2 in-person interviews. The first was with a manager for about 40 min, asked a couple technical questions like what is NAV, and what is the difference between a stock and bond, then a few behavioural questions. 2nd interview was with two senior fund accountants, and they pretty much asked the same questions. They called me 2 weeks later to offer the job but I declined.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Sacramento, CA (took 4 weeks)
The panel interview was a bit misleading because there was 2 set of 1 on 1 interviews. However we have 10+ people waiting together. Standard behavioral questions and a bit technical questions.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
A simple phone call to state why you want to work there followed by an in person interview with your future managers. I believe it was all behavior based. No hard basically they hire anyone just be sure you don't give them a reason not to.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Sydney (Australia) (took 5 weeks)
I applied online on 2nd June 2011, got a 30 mins phone interview from HR a week later. The phone interview consists of both normal interview questions and behavious questions( no technical Q here!) I then got another call from HR to schedule an interview with 2 account managers on 27th june. It was a friendly one hour interview that consists of most behavious questions. I passed the first interview, and been scheduled the second interview with both account manager and assistant Unit head a week later (on 4th July). The second interview was relatively more serious, but overall was ok. It took me 40 mins and consists of most behavious questions.
After a long wait, about two week and a half, i got the offer! Thank god!

Interviewed May 2011 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
On campus interview, then e-mail the next week to meet with a large group of other candidates where we were shown a history video then divided up to be interviewed by one or two managers. Everyone who interviewed me seemed like they hated being there and weren't very encouraging.

Interviewed May 2011 in Sacramento, CA (took 1 week)
Single interview on college campus. Then on site interview with hiring managers. 1 manager for 1 hour and then 2 others for another hour. Company looks for people capable of learning their ways so you can fit into the position well. Position looks great for entry level and seems like hiring of fund accountants is very cyclical.
