There were four people, each of them talked about 15 minutes. There were really general questions and some of the interviewers asked the same questions. The whole process was informal. However, I doubt if they could get any information from such an interview. To make it worse, it took so long for them to finally make the decision.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

I applied through the university. Called for a interview at the campus which consited of Math questions. They were probablity questions. After that, I had a phone interview which consisted of more math questions. I did not get through the second interview.

I was initially interviewed by an AVP and he basically gave me the gist of what the company does and he said be ready for an unusual monthly business cycle. He asked about my background and previous work experience. Second interview was with a different AVP and a VP of the company and they were more personable and asked about what I expected from the company.

interview process was relatively quick with the interview taking place 5 days after my application. The interviewee was quite pleasant - after a few easy general questions to begin the interview, the main topic of conversation was my experience in the funds industry and then there was a small test of 3 q.s to be answered.

Interview Process was average. Interviewed by telephone and then personal inverview by four different persons.
Negotiation Details
I did not Negotiate..But would like to advice others to Negotiate. Decline the offer if not as per your expectations. Increments, Promotions and Bonus is hard to come later.
