Interviewed Feb 2011 in Kansas City, MO (took a day)
The interview was rather easy, and the interviewer was very friendly. Although I didn't get an offer for the internship, I was told I should reapply after graduation for a full-time job.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Boston, MA (took a day)
I was contacted a few times and interviewed with 2 different positions. The first was in person. The interview for the job I was hired for was over the phone. Both interviews had similar questions. They were pretty standard questions like "describe a time where you had to analyze numbers" and "tell me about a problem at work and how you solved it." Nothing too difficult.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
The process seemed fairly standard, but not very receptive to college students seeking employment/internships. Likely to be a different process for upperclassmen and graduates. No major other complaints.
