Interviewed Jul 2010 in Kansas City, MO (took 4 weeks)
I applied online with an employee referral and was contacted for a phone interview within a few days. After passing some questions about my resume and broad behavioral questions I moved to the second phone interview. This one was far shorter and comprised of behavioral questions that were specific to how I acted in the given circumstance. The next day I was called for my in person interview. They showed me around and I was interviewed by 2 managers asking more behavioral questions and a few technical questions relating to the job.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Kansas City, MO (took 3 weeks)
After submitting my application online I was contacted in two weeks by the HR Coordinator via telephone. She spoke to me briefly about my qualifications and education and the starting pay. The Coordinator scheduled me for another phone interview with a Recruiter the next week. I spoke to the Recruiter about my specific accounting education and the starting pay ($28,800). The Recruiter scheduled me for a group interview in two days. The group interview consisted of several behavioral questions and was attended by two middle managers of the group. Find those questions on this website - they are exact. The HR department called about four days later and made an offer.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I declined the offer for a few reasons. The first reason was the Recruiter. This person (KW) treated me like a number and did not act in a professional manner. The HR department is your window into the organization - and I did not like what I experienced. The second reason was the low starting pay. I would have considered it for the experience, however, the Recruiter changed my mind.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Kansas City, MO (took 3 weeks)
Applied on their website and got a phone call two days later. Had a brief 15 minute phone interview a couple hours later covering basic stuff. The on-site interview the week after was with three other applicants. We listened to a presentation about the job and was shown a video of the company. After that, we were interviewed individually by two hiring managers each in separate rooms. They had a form that they pulled questions from and wrote my replies on.
I received a phone call a week later asking me if I had any questions and that a response will be given in a week. I received a job offer the week after that phone call (as suggested).

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Kansas City, MO (took 2 weeks)
I applied online for the position, they called me in about 5 days and had an unexpected phone interview. That consisted of general interview questions including some technical/Excel related questions. After about a week, they set up an in person interview which was with two managers. It consisted of mostly behavioral questions and took about 45 minutes. That was about a month ago and I am still waiting to hear back from them on their decision.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Kansas City, MO (took 5 weeks)
From the initial submittal of the application, through to the actual offer was in my hand it was about 7 weeks. It took two weeks for them to get back to me. Three weeks for two phone interviews, one day of on-site interviewing, and two weeks for the background check. Generally speaking, they are not in a rush. There are two phone interviews in which they screen and if they like you, decide which position best suits you. The questions for this deal more with past experience and proficiencies, but has the standard questions built in. You will probably go for one 1-on-1 interview and two interviews with two sets of managers if you make it to the on-site interview. The chances of getting on without a current employee referral are low however, since they have data showing referred employees do better and stay longer.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Kansas City, MO (took 5 days)
It was an internal application process, as I was an Associate I applying for an Associate II position. I applied through the company intranet for the position. I was contacted the next day by HR who said they received my application and would let me know about an interview. I was interviewed in person by two managers on the relationship a few day later, and then offered the position the next day. I believe they set aside one hour for the interview, and they went through a standard list of questions given to them for the position. As almost all interviews nowadays, they did behavioral type questions. They also asked me a few technical questions about the position.
