I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed May 2008 in Boston, MA (took 1 week)
Was contacted through my network by a hiring manager. Initial phone interview with HR was general, followed by invitation for in-person. In one day met HR, hiring manager and a peer. Went through usual project management questions, projects, team structure, and practices used on both sides, etc. Since my background and personality was a great fit, job offer followed almost immediately.
