I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at State of Florida in September 2010.

Interview Details – 3 people panel interview. They ask questions regarding how you handle stressful situations. Describe how you would handle a tough client. Testing is easy. Some other questions we about your customer service background and your ability to get along with people from all different socio-economical backgrounds. There were about 8-9 questions and it took about 45 minutes. A week later, I got an offer and accepted it.
