Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
I was contacted by the HR Director from a resume he found online. We set an interview appointment. When I arrived I found that I was to be interviewed by the CEO one on one. The CEO spent roughly 90 minutes telling me about the company and asked me two questions. I received an offer the next morning.
Negotiation Details
I requested time to consider the offer as well as exposure to the work environment and the opportunity to meet and speak with future colleagues prior to accepting the offer. I was granted access for one-half day to do this.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
