Told would contact in 72 hours. No contact received. I called: still being considered? Told many applicants Received email: position no longer available. Contacted ER: told should have been called. week later told interview time. On way to interview, told position filled that morning;interviewer agreed to see me, but no longer a job available.

Scheduled interview via online process. Met with HR team member. Answered basic questions - why do you want to work here, how did you hear about the opportunity, etc. Informed will forward answers to corporate team and someone will contact you. A couple days later I learned that the position was filled prior to my HR screening. While I understand this happens, it is frustrating. The HR screening occurred in mid December, I received my rejection email mid Jan.

Preliminary interview is the first step. Few days later, I had an interview with the beverage manager. She had about 2 pages of interview questions. She forwarded my application to the director and had an interview with him.

Your basic every day interview, you are given hypothetical scenarios and asked how you would respond. A six page written test is given to assess your knowledge of table games, Gaming regulations, Money laundering reports, and knowledge of cheating. A criminal background check, financial report, and drug screen are administered. Essentially if you know the games and have a decent personality you will be hired.

After applying on line, scheduled an interview. It was a two week wait. Went to human resources and answered a questionaire with unmotivated employee that took all but two minutes. Waited for supervisor to call. Two days later, had interview. Asked questions like what are the three things that I want to accomplish with this job? What can I bring to this job?
