Interview Details – Initial interview was over the phone—very interested in company culture
2 day on-site interview process was a combination of group interviews, presentation, personality test and one-on-panel interview. Not sure what they are looking for in the personality test. The group interviews and one-on-panel they seem to be rather interested in HSE. Presentation topic is given a few days prior to interview for prep—again concentrate on HSE issues. Very Norwegian company, having some Norwegian language skills is a plus.
