Interview Details – Meet with all team members that I would be working with and they gave their opinion of how well I would work with the company. That along with an interview with the owner was taken into consideration when offered a position. Was taken on lunch with owner and was asked what I wanted to make and then made an official offer thru email.
Interview Question – Why should we hire you? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I undercut myself. I was given more than I asked for.
