Interviewed Mar 2010 in Chennai (India) (took a day)
Initially i got call from steria recruitment team and confirm with my interview date and time on that day over phone.I saw company infrastructure is very good that day i have filled my personal and working details on employment form after they were conducting my technical interview round on face to face.I think that person having dotnet experience with IT Field more than 10 to 12 years.I did interview very well on that day and he has told to me you did interview very well and also improve your communication because you have given brief explanation for each question try to avoid that kind of explanation. My interview process has taken for 2 hrs on that day after completing my interview HR told to me probably you have next round(HR Round) on next week. That day i have enjoyed very well about my interview.Again i will back to steria for next round that day i was waiting for 4hrs no one properly response me that day i felt more because i put leave on my office and came to interview they simply said wait for few mins. After completing 4hrs Hr has come simply conducting 5 mins interview asking salary structure after completing my Hr i'm waiting for reception for 20mins.Hr has come to me and said sorry we don't have business requirement if we have inform you.
I don't know the procedure of this company. If anyone face those kind situation please guide me.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
I applied for graduate role through online application and later a week after, they called me for an interview. Interview was competency based, with same old questions citing examples of various situations demonstrating different behavioral skills. I was shortlisted for the assesment centre which was a one day process. During the day, we had various tasks to do. The day started with presentation , each one of us were given different topics to present which was more or less related the job position we applied for. We were given 30 minutes to prepare for the presentation and presentation lasted for 15 minutes which also included questions from panels.
Later we had multiple individual and group tasks, mostly to judge how we work in team and individually. At the end we had a difficult puzzle to solve where all the candidates had to work together to solve the puzzle.
I really had great fun on the day. As this was m first assesment centre, I got various things to learn. Although I didn't get the offer, they gave a detailed feedback which turned out to be very useful for further assesment centres.
