Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
I applied for a new position the day after it was posted on their website and got a call back 2 days later for a phone interview. The phone interview was very easy, just be yourself, and answer truthfully. She asked why I left my job, what are my weaknesses, strengths, what are my goals. 2 weeks after the phone interview, I received a call back for an in person interview with the manager. The interview lasted about an hour and a half asking general questions (ex: where do you see yourself 5 years from now? from 1-10 what do you rate yourself as being organized; 10 being perfect, why did you leave your last job, etc.) then I was given multiple tests (all timed) on math, grammar, and reading. I think this was just to show how thorough and efficient you are with your work. 2 weeks after I was offered the position out of 4 qualified candidates. I am very happy! I did not have prior experience in this field.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Knoxville, TN (took 4 weeks)
I did not receive a phone call regarding this position until about 4 weeks after my original application date. I was then scheduled a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was given an online personality test. After two weeks of waiting, I received a phone call that they wanted to set up an in person interview. The interview consisted of reviewing my resume, and a series of intelligence tests. After my face to face interview I was called within 2 days and offered the position.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Sumter, SC (took 2 months)
Steritech's interview process was long and drawn out. The Regional Manager even called me back and had no clue that I had met with him a month earlier. Plus having to drive 300+ miles to meet these guys was a pain, because I missed days at my present job. They claimed to need someone "yesterday", but as usual with corporations..If you can get two people to do the work of three then you're doing great with the bottom line.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 1+ week)
After applying online I was contacted about a month later (I was thinking they weren't interested) about an interview. When I returned the call I spoke with a person who did a "prescreening" interview to determine whether or not to schedule the major interview. After verifying my qualifications, asking why I wanted to leave my previous job and asking what I thought I would like at Steritech, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the district manager in a couple days. I was instructed to complete a personality profile prior to the interview. The face-to-face interview lasted about 1.5 hr. The DM explained a lot of the details about the job, the progression, and benefits. I asked any questions I had about these things. I was asked why I didn't want to continue at my current job. We reviewed the results of my personality profiler-which I don't agree with, BTW. Then I had to complete several mini timed SAT-type tests. (math, vocab, word problems, etc.) After I completed these, we wrapped up the interview.

Yeah, I just accepted the offer. I wanted out of my current job so I wasn't very shrewd.
