    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Sterling Autobody in July 2007.

    Interview Details

the interview process was very professional with the standard technical background questions, what are your strengths weaknesses etc. The interview even included a facility walk through with question and answer discussions about the process stages for work in process. The people were pleasant, but we both realized the position would not be a good fit for either of us.
