Initial phone interview to confirm technical abilities and then in person group interview to confirm fit for team.
Interview Questions
On a white board a network was drawn out. Then an issue was described and I had to discover why the issue existed.
Negotiation Details
I discussed why I was changing companies and what it would take for me to move. We met near the middle.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
