About a week after I applied, I got called for an interview for the following day. Easiest interview ever, maybe because I already had experience especially as a cashier. The interview basically was about my availability, employee benefits etc..got called nxt morning.Interview day to Orientation day 1 week.

I heard about a new store opening in my area so I went to see if I could apply online. I filled out the online application which took about 20-30 minutes. A few days later, on a Sunday night I was called by a hiring manager who told me they were holding interviews for the new store and offered me an interview for a week later. I went in for the interview and was asked a few basic questions and then I was offered a second interview with a different hiring manager for the next week. I went in for the second interview which was really easy because she pretty much offered me the job after a few minutes of sitting down. Last week I went in to fill paperwork and my orientation is tomorrow. The atmosphere was really pleasant and everyone I met during the interview process was extremely nice and helpful.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation, they start you off at a set wage with a raise after the first 30 days of employment and then after that every 6 months.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Interview went well and short. Only asked basic questions- Tell me about yourself, how long will you want to work here, are you flexable with your scheduale? etc. Overall very easy and less then 15 minutes.

Showed me around the store and asked some questions about previous employment. Met the store manager and was told of what my duties would be. Staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. Was told that I would be trained with any skills that I would need. Overall a easy interview, didn't as me many questions just a few to get to know me.
