Interview Details – The interview process consisted of 2 one on one interviews and a personality test. The firm is a small financial planning firm and I found the employees to be extremely friendly and professional. Dress very professional, show self-ambition and passion for the industry. Know the Industry, the financial planning industry can be an extremely challenging yet rewarding career. Your ability to network with potential clients is crucial.

Accepted Offer – Reviewed Jul 16, 2012

Interview Details – Lengthy interview process that consisted of at least 5 separate interviews. Multiple personality exams and profiles were also required. Towards the end of the process candidates were required given surveys to hand out as homework. These surveys served to gauge the candidates target market and initial chances of success.
