I applied online through normal process. I was called to come in for a face to face interview. We were given a skills test and interviewed individually. The person the interviewed me discussed what I wanted to do with my career and why I thought this was the job for me.

If you are going to get hired for Stream, you have to have good communication skills. If you applied for the job, you applied for a job you have to communicate with customers about their problems with a product, billing, etc.
I got a call from Stream two days after I applied. They wanted to do a phone interview then if I passed it they request to do a 1:1 interview as well as a small presentation of the company. A typing skill test and background check is required while waiting for the presentation. No worries, the typing test is notoriously short.
After the interview the recruiter will request to talk to you privately and let you know if you have the job.
I am a college student and they were flexible with the timing of my training to push it a bit further to start my job because of my final tests.

Applied for one position. Was told offers could not be made that day. Later found that the positions available were no longer being filled due to lack of demand. Company offered me an interview for another position. Applied again online, did phone interview, came in for group interview later that week which included a skills test, presentation on the company, 1:1 interview, and a job offer.

Considering circumstances no negotiations were made. However, I don't see negotiating as something that would be viable with the number of applicants.

I had a phone call from the Manager and was asked what I did in my previous job, if I would work for their other teams with languages different from my native one. Why would I move to Ireland and who would I move together with? What is the most important skill to have in this job, how do you deal with an angry customer, did I play computer/video games and which ones? Before the interview I had a grammar, spelling and math test (where they could not spell correctly in their instruction text) as well as a technical test. A day after the interview I was offered the position and I accepted.

No room to negotiate. It is accept it or leave it! Read what it says here in this community about the company and how people feel they are treated. I now really regret that I took the job and I am starting in less than a week!

The interview was the easiest i've ever had, you answer questions based on previous work experiences, and then an ultra easy software test ( if you can open notepad, copy, and paste, you're a star) and that's it.
Negotiation Details
There was hardly a negotiation phase, i was offered the job on the spot, signed my life away and that was it.

Very poor and unclear process for "pipelining" people to the next level. This never results in a full active position but merely an "acting" position that allows the actual managers to use and abuse at will. After many, and I mean many, applications to move up the ladder, each and every time I was declined for the positions, it was for a completely different reason. This indicates no particular failure in my metrics, training, processes or abilities but more of a show that I am not one of the inside people. They do not wish to have to deal with me on their level as they would have to meet my standards knowing I would raise the bar so high for them. I have proven so over the many years and acting positions I have held with this company.

There were three parts too the interview, phone, group, and one on one.
-The phone interview was simple, answered a few questions, stated my experience.
-Group presentation was easy with a typing test and and general overview of job processes
-One on one was almost too easy, exceptionally likable first impression of the manager(s)
