The application must be filled out online. It is a little complicated. I received a phone call from the manager roughly a month after submitting it online. We set-up an interview, which was relatively easy, and she proceeded to offer me a tentative offer. Basically, once my background check went through, I was hired. It went through and I was hired that day. I just had to fill out a little paperwork, read some store policies, train, and that was it! It's been wonderful so far. I highly recommend applying.

I filled out an application two days before, then got a call from the manager asking if I could interview the following day. Obvously I took the oppurtuniy. When I came in she interviewed me in the front, and asked me to fill out a paper application. Then she asked me to tell her about myself, asked a little about my volunteer work, then offered me the job. When I called to ask about when I could start she said she found someone more qualified.

I walked in and ask for an application. I filled it out and handed it in. 4-5 days later, the store manager called me in for an interview. I tried to research as much as I can about the company. So I arrived at the interview 30 minutes early. The manager, the district manager, and a sales associate was impressed because that never happened before. I also showed up in a nice business dress. The sales associate complimented me. The manager escorted me to the benches near the store. She started off by saying that she has never reviewed a application that was completed fully and correctly like mine. I took out a writing pad and pen for any key things about the company. The interview lasted 5 MINUTES! She seem disappointed with my professionalism. I included that I spoke a little Spanish and she was elated because no one in the store spoke Spanish. I asked questions about the company and I had an open schedule. I also have experience with retail and children. I included that I love challenge and don't mind physical work. I was truthful throughout the interview. I was hoping that would make her say OMG this girl is amazing, but she ended off the short interview by saying, "If I want you, I'll call you." It has been a week and a half and I have not heard from her. To me, she was jealous. She was a young manager and I don't think that she was willing to hire someone who is determined to work or excel her expectations.

The manager met with me outside the store on a bench in the mall. She asked typical questions such as "What can you offer?", "Why do you want to work for us?", "What dates and times are you available?", and "What is your customer service experience?". Overall, the interview was a breeze
