Well-known, large and very solid recruiter has been on board helping the company identify top talent. An in-house talent acquisition director who is also very knowledgeable is helping direct/oversee the process. Process was phone screens and then progression for a few finalists to the onsite interview which consisted of four interviews and lunch. An upside was realtor introduction to get you familiar with area of Michigan on the first visit out.

I filled out an online application and was contacted by someone in HR about doing a phone interview. Next it was on to the gallup phone interview. I am currenty waiting for a day of 5-6 face to face interviews.
