Interviewed Mar 2012 in Mahwah, NJ (took a day)
I scheduled an interview for the Project Engineer position at Stryker Orthopaedics. The HR rep who was friendly enough. We just went through my resume and the rep asked some very generic questions (e.g. future ambitions, technical skills). I thought I did well enough but did not receive a followup. The rep told me that my information would be passed along to the hiring manager, and if he/she was interested I would receive another appointment for an interview.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Mahwah, NJ (took 3 weeks)
HR and the department hiring did not seem to be in great communication. I had two on-site interviews because the director wasn't on site the first time (a bit frustrating). The onboarding process was a bit clunky.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Englewood, NJ (took 2 days)
Stryker is a leader in medical device sales and I was honored to have interviewed with them. They were very friendly and the interview was a casual conversation about the position and why I would fit with them. Overall the interview went great and was a low stress situation.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
I sent the application through email and I heard back from them within 2 weeks. Their HR specialist rang me for a personality test which last for 45 minutes. I have to say their questions are quite vague and difficult to answer - What would you value most (people, ethics, work). Make sure you do it when you are in good mood. I did it when I just arrived home from 12 hours flight. HR guy was very friendly.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 months)
I was offered a job in August and a week before joining it was retracted. Then I approached Stryker directly and they made me go through series of phone interviews and each time the interviewer didn't know about the previous interviews. I was told I cleared the Gallop interview which only 10% candidates are able to pass and that for the next open position I will be considered but nothing happened. There was no rejection email or anything. They kept me in the lurch.
