    Interview Details

    Started with an initial phone interview from HR mainly situation/personal based. Went through Gallup test over the phone. Next step was phone interview with hiring manager. The last step was in person interviews. After clearing all this, the HR made a offer pretty fast.

    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Stryker in January 2009.

    Interview Details

    Company uses outside company (Gallop) for personality test and rejects candidates who do not fit in company's "culture". Looking at this process closely AFTER getting hired, I have realized that this is Stryker's way of hiring most of main-stream white native born candidates for management to get around EEO rules. Most of lower ranks are almost 95% minorities to make up for the over all numbers for EEO.

    Company has found a loophole by implementing a personality test and shifting the yes/no decision to the third party. In reality, internal HR gives "hints" to the agency on who they want to hire.
