I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Stryker in February 2008.

    Interview Details

Very impressed by professionalism of the interview overall. First had very formal phone interview which was filled with all behavioral questions. Keep answers concise and dont stray from the topic. Got invited for second interview a week later. Six 30 min interviews with team members and lunch with some of them. Again lots of behavioral questions and besides that mostly just general conversation.
