Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
I walked into the interview and was greeted by 2 sales managers. The recruiter thought it was for a stryker orthopedic position, but he was not properly informed. The position was actually for a capital equipment sales rep, the two managers informed me of this and were very kind and understanding about the situation.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 3 weeks)
The hiring manager that I interviewed with was very nice easy to talk to.
It seems like stryker is looking for a certain type of person. If you don't fit the mold you won't make it through.
If they like you the process will go quickly.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
I applied online, received an email from their recruiter and we set up a time to talk...we spoke a few days later and I felt like I smoked the interview. I received another email 2 days later saying that I was still being considered for the position. Anybody know if this means that I'm out or just what it says???

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Tampa, FL (took a day)
We met in a local coffee shop and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. I was asked lots of behavioral types of questions such as well as "Tell me your three biggest accomplishments" and also questions like..."Define Professionalism" and "Who is your Hero"? He also asked alot of questions regarding work ethic like " Tell me a time when you went above and beyond for your client" and he also asked me about my current hours trying to find out if I was cut out for 70 hours a week.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 1 week)
Phone interview with basic questions...Was more focused on what I knew about the company and my understanding of the job - so be sure to be familiar with their website. The 2 on 1 was fairly informal, I decided to jump on the opportunity to relate my extra-industry experience and role to that of thier field and position. I believe it was well recieved...I take my Gallup this week.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
From my 1st interview I can see that Stryker only wants the best of the best. If you are not confident and a proven performer, you will likely not be considered. I met the local rep for a lunch interview that was facilitated by a friend who was a former Stryker rep. I am hoping for a f2f with the other rep and am ready for the Gallup as well as the group/panel interview and all the behavorial interviewing they can throw at me.
