    Interview

I applied online, it took them a few months to respond. It was casual, the owner was so nice. He didn't ask me any trick questions, as many employers do. He introduced himself to my mom, too, and told her what my job will be like. Training will be for three days. I was hired on the spot!

    Interview

I showed up at the franchise owners "main store" every day for a week because the manager said that was how I ought to apply. I never filled in a paper application. Eventually the owner was there when I turned up, and she asked me when I was free and when I could start, told me to smile more, and then hired me.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Subway.

    Interview

Plain conversation. Bragged about my non existent accomplishments. Accepted me on the spot. I was unimpressed by the interviewer. He seemed to be knowledgeable on business affairs. He offered me advice. I played naive and dumb for a moment and listened. It was fair advice. He seemed a bit pretentious but that could be a reaction to my own perceived pretentiousness.

    Negotiation

I accepted the minimum wage on the spot. There was no negotiation.
